Shipping Information

All orders placed prior to 5pm PST Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same business day. Handbag orders placed prior to 2pm PST Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or US holidays will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please note your package may arrive in multiple boxes.

Shipping Times

Orders can only be shipped domestically within the United States. At this time we do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Ground Shipping: 5-7 business days
Two Day Shipping: 2 business days
Overnight Shipping: Next day excluding Saturday and Sunday

Returns And Exchanges

We want you to love what you have purchased or ordered from bestbudtees.com. If something is not right, let us know.

bestbudtees.com does not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way by the purchaser. Please recognize this policy before returning product via mail. There are no exceptions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

When you make purchases at bestbudtees.com, each shipment is accompanied with a packing slip with details regarding merchandise purchased and payment information. If you happen to not be happy with your online purchase, follow the directions detailed below…

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

If your order contains defective or incorrect merchandise, please send an email to [email protected] and we will email you a pre-paid return label, to send back the items.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All orders sent back for return or exchange will be refunded less the amount of shipping. If you are exchanging then you will need to submit a new order on bestbudtees.com, and we will ship the new order as soon as possible.

Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.

Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase, and only once we receive the merchandise. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
